Service options going forward…
Hybrid Model
If you want to train with us multiple times a week, but only have time to come into the office once or twice, we will continue to offer our in-person and online hybrid option.
Virtual Training/Correctives
Keep your body balanced while you are away or not comfortable coming to the office! Throughout the pandemic this has been a huge help to keep our business running. The online strength and corrective sessions have been going very well. Everyday, our clients are amazed by how much we can see and correct through our online sessions. We will continue to offer this as an option.
In Person Training/Correctives
As the US population continues to get vaccinated, more and more things will start to feel more normal. We are loosening some of our restrictions for in-person training:
Max of 2 employees with 1 client each (or 1 employee with 2 clients of the same household)
Limit 4-6 people in the gym
Corrective sessions will be 1-on-1 or 2 employees with 1 client
We are doing everything we can to keep everyone safe and help continue to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Please be respectful of everyone and stay home if you are not feeling well or develop a fever, chills, sore throat, runny nose, cough, muscle aches, or sudden loss of taste or smell.
