At Perfect Postures, we pride ourselves on our clients’ success. We feel that our program’s success is a comprehensive two - part process. The first is by helping our clients’ pain concerns through our corrective exercise program and the second is with our functional strength training program. With this program we are able to continue helping our clients by selecting and sequencing the correct strength training exercises and making sure they are precisely performing the exercises. In doing so we ensure that our clients are strengthening their muscles in the correct planes of motion as well as ensuring proper joint movement patterns. This is a critical step in preventing future injuries as well as maintaining all of the work our clients have done with our corrective exercise program.
In traditional therapies once the patient/client is done with their visits they are released from the clinic without knowing how to incorporate working out properly. Many of them end up going to a fitness facility only to start using the wrong exercises and having improper form, which ends up strengthening their muscles in a faulty way. This only creates more muscle and joint issues. The patient/client ends up strengthening the original issues that created their pain in the first place.
